This fixture was in danger of being postponed due to severe weather conditions, but with such a back log of fixtures we had to play it. To all the Thornton players you worked and battled really hard and were unlucky not to come away with something from this game. We really are starting to compete now lads, and had we had the rub of the green we could have had at least two or three goals. Solid performances again from Sam&Lloyd at the back with Danny C improving every week, Kyle A working his socks off this time in midfield, bringing steel & determination to the middle of the park. To all the other players, well done.  T.C.F.C. MOM is Danny K, well done Dan you did brilliantly between the sticks in what was some of the worst conditions for a goalkeeper to play in.
