7-a-side mini soccer rules will apply and there will be no back pass i.e keepers will not be able to pick up the ball from a back pass.
9-a-side as per league rules but no offsides.
11-a-side FA rules will apply.
TEAMS:
7-a-side shall consist of a maximum of 12 players, 7 players and 5 substitutes, roll on roll off.
9-a-side shall consist of a maximum of 13 Players 9 players and 4 substitutes, roll on roll off.
11-a-side shall consist of a maximum of 15 players 11 players and 4 substitutes roll on roll off.
(please note that the maximum players above are decided on the number of medals supplied to the winners and runners up).
AGES:
Players shall be under the age, in there respected groups as of 31st Aug (ie the current league year).
Please complete the Player Registration form and hand it in to the Tournament Results Centre when you register..
Please bring birth Certificates or league registration forms / ID cards as these must be shown if requested.
BALL:
7-a-side size 4 balls will be used and the first team named in each game will supply the match ball.
9-a-side size 4 balls will be used and the first team named in each game will supply the match ball.
11-a-side U13’s size 4 ball will be used and size 5 balls will be used for the U14’s, U15’s & 16’s, the first team named in each game will supply the match ball.
PLAYING AREA:
7-a-side will be 60 x 40 for both age groups with a goal area 10yds out and 18yds across the pitch with 7-a-side goals.
9-a-side will be held on pitches 60 x 80yds approx.
11-a-side will be held on full size pitches and one 60 x 100yds.
THE GAMES:
7-a-side The game shall consist of two equal haves of 7 minutes each way.
If a draw occurs in the K.O. stages of any of the competitions the game shall go to 3 minutes each way, then penalties best of five, then sudden death.
League positions will be decided by 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, if any teams are on equal points, goal difference will count..
If goal difference is the same then goals scored will apply.
If this is still equal the result against each other will apply.
If two teams are still equal a penalty shoot-out will come into place.
If three teams are equal after this stage drawing of lots will take place.
9-a-side as above but 7 minutes each way*.
11-a-side as above but 7 minutes mins each way* and the off side rule will apply, extra time will be 3 minutes each way, each club should provide one match ball and one lines person.
One Lines man will be required from each team for 9-aside and 11-a-side games..

SUBSTITUTIONS:
All substitutions in all age groups will be roll on roll off , the referee must be notified before the substitution is made and only made when the ball is out of play.
CONDUCT :
Managers are responsible for the conduct of their players, parents and supporters.
REF :
The referees decision is final.
SPECTATOR AREAS:
You will find the spectator areas clearly marked on the site map please ensure that your supporters do not stand in-between the 7 a side pitches.
